TAKHAR, Sep. 10 – The Takhar province’s district of Qala-e-Yangi and its military units slipped out of the enemy control following a nighttime operation by Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate last night.
Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate stormed the district center and its all military units last night, prompting fighting that lasted through much of the night, inflicting casualties on a dozen of the enemy military personnel and destroying 6 vehicles.
Early Tuesday, Mujahideen seized control of the district of Darqad and its all checkpoints in Takhar province, causing the enemy heavy toll.
Similarly, 12 vehicles including 5 tanks were captured from the enemy during the operation.
Reports from Samangan province say Mujahideen cleared a large area of the enemy in the provincial capital of Samangan province on Monday night, chasing the enemy away from 30 villages, whereas Mujahideen seized the enemy positions in the provincial capital of Samangan province on Monday, causing the enemy heavy toll.
