Ghazni operations: 33 killed, 2 military units taken over

GHAZNI, Nov. 19 – At least 15 enemy military personnel were killed when Mujahideen seized control of a combat post in Ghazni province’s Shalgar district last night.

Similarly, Mujahideen seized from the enemy possession 1 mortar cannon, 1 FCG 9 heavy antitank gun, 1 PK heavy antitank machine gun, 3 U.S made rifles and various kinds of ammunition of light and heavy arms.

Three of the enemy tanks were also destroyed in yesterday night’s operation.

In a report from Dayak district of the province, 5 puppets were killed when Mujahideen took over a military post in the said district last night, while 7 more were killed with a tank destroyed when Mujahideen fought off the reinforcement s called in to push back Mujahideen operation.

Mujahideen captured from the enemy 1 mortar cannon, 1 RPG rocket, 1 PK heavy machine gun and ammo in the operation.

On Monday, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate ambushed the enemy supply convoy in Shalgar district of Ghazni province, destroying 2 supply trucks and left a number of the security personnel dead and wounded.

Late yesterday night, an Arbaki was killed when Mujahideen raided post in Qarabagh district of Ghazni province, whereas 3 puppets were killed and 2 more were wounded with 2 tanks destroyed when Mujahideen ambushed the enemy in mentioned district on Tuesday.

In another report from Ghazni, a prosecutor was shot and killed in a targeted attack in the provincial capital of Ghazni province on Monday.

Furthermore, Mujahideen combatants killed 2 enemy soldiers during a brief exchange of fire in Ghazni city, the capital of the province with the same name on Monday.
