Note: In this article only those incidents are included which are admitted and confirmed by the enemy too. April 2019 was the witness of several crushing blows of Mujahidin against the foreign occupying forces and their internal mercenaries throughout the country, in which, heavy losses and casualties were inflicted on the enemy as usual.
During this month, the new spring operations named ‘Al-Fatah’ were launched by the Islamic Emirate which were fraught with tremendous achievements for Mujahidin.
Similarly, the delay of the inter-Afghan conference planned in Qatar and the convening of the so called ‘Loya Jirga’ (i.e. Grand Assembly) in Kabul were among the other important developments of this month.

Losses and casualties of the foreign occupying forces:
Though the foreign invaders always try to conceal their actual losses and casualties, but the prevailing facts and figures of the battle-fields cannot be concealed from the local masses. During April, the foreign occupying forces were confronted with several heavy blows of Mujahidin, e.g.
On Monday 8th April, a military convoy of the American occupying forces came under the fatal attack of Mujahidin near the third gate of ‘Bagram Air Base’ in Parwan province. In this meticulous attack, ten of their forces were killed and wounded.
On Wednesday 10th April, a drone of the foreign occupying forces was hit and brought down by Mujahidin in Helmand province.
On Friday 19th April, Mujahidin reported that two American soldiers were killed in a successful attack in ‘Nava’ district of Ghazni province.
Losses and casualties of the internal mercenaries:
The amount of losses and casualties occurred in various ranks of the internal mercenaries have been tremendously increased with the passage of time, which have become a matter of deep concern for them. On the average, nearly two hundred internal forces are killed each month. In the following lines, some of these incidents are mentioned:
On Tuesday 2nd April, the treasury head of the attorney general office was killed by some unknown people inside Kabul.
On Sunday 14th April, the head of Airport Intelligence in Balkh province was killed.
On the following day, a check-post commander including three of his armed men were killed. Similarly, a commander of 215 corps in Helmand province was killed by Mujahidin.
On the same day, a commander was targeted and killed on the spot by one of his own armed men in Helmand province.
Civilian torture by joint enemy forces:
On Tuesday 2nd April, nine innocent people of one and the same family were ruthlessly martyred in the indiscriminate bombing of the foreign occupying forces in ‘Qaisaar’ district of Faryab province.
On the same day, twenty one civilian countrymen were martyred in separate attacks of the joint enemy forces in ‘Shah Wali Kot’ district of Kandahar province, in ‘Giru’ district of Ghazni province, and in ‘Urgun’ district of Paktika province.
On the following day, twelve innocent civilians were martyred in a similar attack of the enemy forces in ‘Nakka’ district of Paktika province.
On Tuesday 9th April, masses of Helmand province expressed their anger and reaction by largely demonstrating against the foreign occupying forces and their internal mercenaries for their criminal abduction of two women, which were detained and taken away one day earlier by the armed forces of the joint enemy during a brutal raid in Helmand province.
On Saturday 20th April, eight civilian people including women and children were ruthlessly martyred in the indiscriminate bombing of the joint enemy forces in ‘Narkh’ district of ‘Maidan Wardak’ province.
On Tuesday 23rd April, Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate blamed the puppet Kabul admin for remaining silent against all the atrocities and violations of the foreign occupying forces against our innocent civilian people; while on the other side, even a minor incident inside America is condemned by them on regular basis.
One day later, UNAMA also declared in a statement that civilian losses and casualties caused in the military operations of the foreign occupying forces and their mercenaries are several times higher than those losses for which Taliban are blamed.

End of ‘Al-Khandaq’ operations and inauguration of ‘Al-Fatah’ operations:
On Monday 1st April, two enemy posts were controlled by Mujahidin in ‘Bala Murghab’ district of Badghis province.
On Thursday 4th April, five more military posts of Kabul regime mercenaries came under Mujahidin’s control, in which, twenty one enemy forces were detained.
On Saturday 6th April, ‘Aab-i-Kumri’ district of Badghis province was captured by Mujahidin.
On the same day, the provincial council of Badghis province told that ‘Bala Murghab’ district was captured by Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate.
On Monday 8th April, a military convoy of the American occupying forces came under a meticulous attack of Mujahidin in the third gate of the well-known ‘Bagram Air Base’ in Parwan province, in which, heavy losses and casualties were inflicted on the foreign invaders.
On Wednesday 10th April, a helicopter of the internal enemy forces collapsed inside the airport.
On Friday 12th April, fresh ‘Al-Fatah’ Jihadi operations were launched by the Islamic Emirate, in which, more than one hundred major and minor successful attacks were carried out against the foreign invaders and their internal mercenaries.
On Saturday 20th April, the national security directorate in Herat province was the witness of huge Mujahidin attacks, in which, heavy losses and casualties were inflicted on the enemy.
An inter-Afghan conference was planned to be held in Qatar, in which, besides the representatives of the Islamic Emirate, a number of other Afghans were invited to participate without having any link with the Kabul regime. But after un-necessary interference and declaring a long list of 250 people by the Kabul regime, this conference was postponed by the Qatar government on Thursday 18th April.
Advisory ‘Loya Jirga’:
On Monday 29th April, a so called advisory ‘Loya-Jirga’ was convened inside Kabul. This fake Jirga was called and arranged by the stooge admin in Kabul which was boycotted by its own executive head, majority of political parties’ heads and other dignitaries. This Jirga was declared by the Islamic Emirate as an effort of sabotaging the ongoing peace process.
All activities and works were closed for a week over and all major roads were closed for public traffic inside Kabul, in which, several ailing people including children lost their lives. In addition, big businessmen of national level suffered heavy financial losses worth millions of dollars due to un-necessary and long-lasting blockade.
Amalgamation with Mujahidin due to guarantee of life:
On Saturday 6th April, forty six workers of the Kabul regime joined with Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in ‘Bala Murghab’ district of Badghis province. On the following day, the Islamic Emirate announced that the lives, honor and properties of all those armed forces and other officials of Kabul regime will be guaranteed and secured who join Mujahidin in their respective areas.
On Wednesday 10th April, nine policemen mingled with Mujahidin along with their arms and ammunition in the center of Farah province.
On the following day, the Islamic Emirate issued a communique by stating that a number of high ranking officials of the Kabul regime are in contact with Mujahidin for surrender; the details can be found in other reports published on the official website of the Islamic Emirate.
The enemy’s confession:
On Wednesday 3rd April, Trump admitted, while speaking on the seventieth anniversary of NATO coalition that the American war inside Afghanistan was completely futile.
A day later, a retired American general, Dawn Caudwell, told in an article published in ‘The New York Times’ that America is fed up with the ongoing war in Afghanistan.
On Sunday 7th April, a former high ranking American intelligence officer told that it was high time for America to completely withdraw from Afghanistan.
